By using the Website (https://unblocklabs.ai) and the Service provided by Unblock Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service enables you to authenticate using your Google Account (via Google SSO) and connect your Google Calendar and/or Google Drive (as authorized) for Agentic AI-driven features. We may add, modify or remove features at our discretion.

3. User Accounts & Access

• You may be required to create an account or authenticate via Google SSO.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any authorization you grant.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to others’ accounts/data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service; (d) use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

5. Permissions & Data Access

By using the Service and providing the required authorizations (e.g., access to Google Calendar or Drive), you grant us the right to access, process, store and use that data consistent with our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights in your Google Account and your content; we do not claim ownership of your data. You may revoke our access via your Google account settings at any time; however, revoking or removing permissions may degrade or disable some features.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, Website and all associated software, content and materials are owned by Unblock Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason (including violation of these Terms). Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete or anonymize your data as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unblock Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, use, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Unblock Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
