This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect information, including Google user data, when you (the “User”) use our Service — especially when you authorize access to your Google Calendar, Google Drive, or use Google SSO.
1. Introduction
By using our Service and authorizing access, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. What information we collect

3. How we use the information
- To authenticate you via Google SSO and associate your account with our Service.

- To improve, maintain and develop our Service (analytics, bug-fixing, feature enhancements).
- To communicate with you (updates, support, notifications).
- For security and fraud prevention.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your Google user data to third-parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who help us deliver the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are bound by confidentiality and only use your data to provide us services. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety (or the rights/safety of others). If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction — subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
We store your information on secure servers. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data. We will retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy (or as required by law). You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below). After you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except for residual copies we are required to retain by law.

If you’re located in applicable jurisdictions (e.g., EU, UK) you may have additional rights such as data portability, objection to processing, limitation of processing. We will update this Policy when we make material changes and post the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
7. Use of Google user data & compliance
Our Service requests access only to the Google user data we need to provide the described functionality (e.g., Calendar, Drive). We do not request extraneous scopes. We comply with Google’s API Services: User Data Policy, meaning we disclose how we access, use, store and share Google user data. If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this Policy and seek fresh user consent.
